Marie-Claire Digby is a fulltime sub-editor in the features department of the Irish Times. In addition, she writes about food and travel and has a weekly column, Food File, in the Irish Times Saturday Magazine. She previously worked at The Irish Field as an equestrian correspondent and deputy editor, and has been employed by The Irish Times since 1984. Marie Claire Digby, wrote “The Truffle Trail”, published in The Irish Times Magazine in October 2012. The article beautifully describes Istria's food offer in this important Irish publication.
