All information related to the concept and options of co-exhibition can be found in the Co- Exhibitor Application Form (Contract) 2025 and the General Terms and Conditions of Co-exhibition 2025.
For exhibiting at the CNTB booth, the co-exhibitor shall cover the lease fee, as specified by the fair organizer, along with 50% of the setup expenses, outlined by the technical contractor appointed through a public bidding process, while the remaining setup cost shall be borne by the CNTB*.
* Considering the budgetary constraints on setup expenses for co-exhibitor booths within CNTB, such resources will be available to eligible entities that submit contracts/application forms until the allocated funds for the specified activity have been exhausted.
The price of co-exhibiting depends on the type of co-exhibitor's space, and includes the cost of renting and construction of the stand, which the co-exhibitor undertakes to pay to the Croatian tourist community. The rental price is subject to change, and will be determined by the organizers of the fair.
Please fill in the price in the Contract/Application Form in accordance with the lease and arrangement costs specified for each fair. Once again, we note that the published price of the arrangement is the actual price of the arrangement, and until the funds are exhausted, we ask that you enter a 50% lower price in the application forms compared to the actual price of the stand arrangement.
We ask all those interested to apply for co-exhibiting as soon as possible. Please note that CNTB has the right to reject the application due to the lack of space.
The recommended application deadline for the trade fairs that will be held in the first quarter of 2025 is during September at the latest, with the exception of the Reise + Camping Essen fair, where we are a partner country, and the recommended application deadline is the end of August, and for autumn fairs by the end of the year at the latest, i.e. by filling of the designated spaces at an individual stand.

The Croatian National Tourist Board reserves the right to make changes, if it proves necessary and justified over time.
